Specialised Boutique Off-The-Plan Real Estate Agencies Vs. Generic, Main Stream Real Estate Agents Part Two: Conflict Of Interest

Last week, I posted the first installment of my series on off-the-plan specialist benefits on my LinkedIn page. This week I thought I would share my second post here as well as on my LinkedIn page.

Property developers make many decisions in their work (choice of architect, interiors, creative agency etc.), but one of the most significant choices is who they sell through.

Do I want my project sold by a large agency with 30 other projects? Or do I want my project sold by a boutique agency with only 2 or 3 other projects?

At Bracken Hall, we will never list competing projects.” We carefully select our partnerships to ensure we only work with quality developers in quality locations. We do not suffer from any conflict of interest, unlike franchise agencies, because“we will not engage on competing projects.”

A smaller intake of projects and developers means that Bracken Hall is able to provide more time and attention to our selected developers, and that we exhibit loyalty and dedication to every project we undertake.

Large agencies are only interested in building their own brand to win more business; Bracken Hall are there to sell out your project, not simply sell the low hanging fruit before swiftly moving to the next project.

We have taken over several high profile projects from some of the biggest brands in the market because they simply haven’t delivered a long term result for their clients.

Many developers feel safety in large brands but quickly feel unloved and underwhelmed soon after they list with a large company.

Bracken Hall ensures constant communication and marketing feedback to ensure our developers understand quickly how their marketing dollar is performing.

The benefits of a conflict-free agency such as Bracken Hall are clear: no undercutting or sabotage that benefits other projects; more time and dedication to our developers for their project; a strong and valued relationship that fosters trust.
